For four days on the Island of Roatán, twenty guests convene with a faculty at the frontier of regenerative medicine — a rare, unhurried immersion into the emerging science of Klotho and the practice of longevity.
Why Klotho
Klotho is a naturally occurring protein that has become one of the most closely studied subjects in longevity science — associated in research with cellular resilience, cognitive health, and the biology of aging.
The residency is built around this frontier: a personalized, physician-supervised protocol delivered at GARM Clinic, framed by the people advancing the field. This is an exploration of emerging science, undertaken with full medical oversight — not a promise of any specific outcome.

Arrival & Convergence
Private transfer from Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport to the five-star Kimpton Grand Roatán Resort and Spa. Enjoy a 4:00 PM Inaugural Roundtable with the faculty, followed by a welcome reception with sunset cocktails and mocktails under the Caribbean sky.

The Clinical Protocol
Baseline serum collection followed by a personalized Klotho administration at GARM Clinic, under the medical team's oversight. Feel free to enjoy the world's second-largest reef session, or relax on the beach at the exclusive Kimpton Grand Roatán. You are invited to a one-of-a-kind Chef's Table event featuring a carefully curated, Blue Zone–themed multicourse dinner with the faculty.

Restoration at Kao Kamasa Spa
Begin the day with a floating sound bath, followed by post-procedure serum collection. A day of optional, invigorating longevity activations combined with Pech-inspired treatments at the world-renowned Kao Kamasa Spa. The evening closes with a Legacy Discussion beneath the stars, island drums and fire dancers.

Complete the experience with a 48-hour blood draw, followed by a final wellness breakfast and private transport to the airport. Extended stays at the Kimpton Grand Roatán may be arranged on request.
